Documents Required for Company Registration

Identity and Address Proof from Directors, Shareholders:

  • Scanned copy of PAN card, Aadhaar Card or passport (foreign nationals & NRIs)

  • Scanned copy of the latest Utility Bill (Bank Statement, Telephone or Mobile Bill,
    Electricity bill/Gas Bill not older than 2 months)

    Registered Office Proof:
  • Scanned copy of the Latest Electricity OR any other utility bill in the name of the
    property owner

2. Producer Company Registration

A Company that is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), for the purpose of agricultural production and processing activities, is called a Producer Company.

It is ideal for persons engaged in activities relating to Produce (grown or produced) in farming.

Minimum Requirements for Company Registration

  • Can be formed by 10 or more Producers or 2 or more Producer institutions, or a combination of ten or more Producers and Producer institutions.

3.Limited Liability Partnership Registration

  • Minimum 2 Partners

  • DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) for all the Designated Partners
  • Each partner must have an agreed contribution towards the shared capital

4. One Person Company Registration

One Person Company (OPC) is a good alternative to running a sole proprietorship, largely because it gives limited liability to the business owner.

5. Section-8 Company Registration

6. Foreign Subsidiary Company Registration

A foreign subsidiary company is any company, where 50% or more of its equity shares are owned by a company that is incorporated in another foreign nation. The said foreign company in such a case is called the holding company or the parent company.
Besides, a company owned 100% by another company is said to be a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company who had made 100% investment in it.

7. Partnership Firm Registration

Partnership Firm is governed by Partnership Act, 1932 and is recommended for traditional and idea stage business. Partnership firm is a business form in which 2 or more individuals can join hands to do business.

9. Trust Registration (NGO)

Trust is the simplest form of Registering a NGO. Trust can be formed amongst the family members or the public at large for some charitable purpose.
A minimum of two members is required to form a trust. During the formation of Trust, we need to present the Trust Deed before the Registrar of Trust.
Compliance involved in Trust are comparatively less as Members are not required to stand for elections and trust is not required to file any annual accounts.

10. Society Registration (NGO)

Society is the form of NGO registered under the Society Registration Act, 1860. Societies are preferred by the institutions like schools, universities and hospitals conducting the elections in the regular intervals

Society is formed with minimum seven (7) members who are united for prompting any literary, scientific or some charitable purpose. Elections are held in society at regular intervals.

MOA needs to be submitted to the Registrar of Societies along with other applicable documents for getting Certificate of Registration.
